Jessica and Jeff, March 29th
Jessica and Jeff got married at the modern and stylish
Novelty Hill Januik Winery. Before heading over to the winery, Jessica got ready at the
Willows Lodge, in their honeymoon suite. Jess and Jeff love games and puzzles and so their wedding had a cool puzzle theme.

The winery had such great spots for pictures:

Jessica and Jeff were so cute during their ceremony:

We did a custom guestbook for Jeff and Jessica from their engagement pictures. The guests really liked the book, and said that it inspired them to write really personal comments:

We couldn't believe that it snowed that evening. We had to take advantage of it and went out for some fun pictures:

Their fun reception:

Jessica's family has a tradition of gorillas crashing weddings, so here are Jeff and Jessica dancing with the gorillas.

Jessica and Jeff, thanks for being so original and fun! Congratulations!

Erin and Matt
Erin and Matt found us through
Jessie and John-- they were such a cute couple at John and Jessie's wedding that we took lots of pictures of them :).
Here they are at the
University of Washington, where they first met and started dating:

Matt and Erin, we are very excited to photograph your wedding on July 27th!

McKenzie and Matt, March 21st
We were so thrilled to be invited to photograph McKenzie and Matt's wedding on a Princess cruise. Although we got to go with them on an excursion the first day and do an engagement session on an island, we had to wait until the very last day of the cruise to photograph the wedding. The ceremony had to be on an "at-sea" day, and we stopped at a port on every other day (it was a very busy cruise!).
I started with photographing the girls in their preparations, while Bob joined Matt and his best man. Their little flower girl was super cute with lots of energy (she had a hard time sitting still to have her hair done). I just love the expression on her face in this picture:

Their gorgeous ceremony on the back deck of the cruise ship:

After the ceremony, they went to take some (mandatory) pictures with the ship's photographer, and then we met them back in their cabin. They got to relax for a bit, have some champagne, and have some couple time out on their balcony:

After that, we got to roam the ship with them, taking cute and fun couple pictures:

Then we met up with the wedding party, and went up to the top deck to lounge around:

Their reception was at the Crown Grill, one of the "specialty" restaurants on the ship:

Thanks so much for such a wonderful time, Matt and McKenzie!

McKenzie and Matt
We were so excited when Matt and McKenzie asked us to photograph their wedding on a cruise. We traveled on a
Princess ship to the Caribbean, starting in
San Juan, Puerto Rico, and stopping at
St. Thomas,
St. Kitts,
Grenada (our favorite!),
Bonaire, and
Aruba. On the first day, we got to go with McKenzie and Matt on a chartered boat to
St. John. There was a lunch, a full bar, and snorkeling, but the best part was that we shot their engagement session on a small, secluded beach of St. John. Here are a few of my favorite shots from that session:

Soon, I will post pictures from their beautiful wedding on the ship. And then, in August, we are planning a fun Trash the Dress session. So, stay tuned!
